In order to have the best experience using PhotoCake Online, it’s necessary to meet the following technical requirements.


Prior to Oct 14, 2025

PC

  • Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise; or Windows 11 Home, Pro, or Enterprise.
  • *Windows Server operating systems and Macintosh (Mac®) Computers not supported
  • Windows 10: Intel® or AMD® 32/64-bit processor with 1 or more cores and a clock speed of 1 GHz or faster; Windows 11: Intel® or AMD® 64-bit processor with 2 or more cores and a clock speed of 1 GHz or faster
  • 2 GB of RAM (Windows 10) / 4GB of RAM (Windows 11), 4GB or higher recommended
  • 6.5 GB of available hard-disk space for installation
  • Cannot install on removable flash storage devices
  • 1024x768 display (1280x1024 recommended), 16-bit color or better
  • High-speed internet connection: Broadband (DSL, Cable, Fiber, or better)
  • USB 2.0/3.0 Port Support (Minimum 2 ports)

Compatible Browsers

PhotoCake Print On Demand system uses PhotoCake Premium Edible Sheets, PhotoCake Frosting Sheets, Print-Ons® and PhotoCake Printables® that must be purchased from DecoPac. Edible media, ink cartridges and printer cleaning supplies for your PhotoCake system must be purchased from DecoPac in order to keep your warranty intact and to receive the world-class technical support.
